Decided to replace sagged front spring, found idea from russian jeepers.

donor spring from W124 MB, 2.5L;
- 430mm long, 120mm overall diameter; 15.6mm spring

Air filter

Here is hard to find original air filtering element and found 1-2 ~30$; they seems not so good quality.

Decided to change air filter housing:
1. suitable air flow
2. availability of filtering element

Donor engine is 2.7L TDI, air filter is cylindrical instead of old rectangular one.

Vacuum canister relocation

Removed cruise control servo and LPG reducer. got a plenty of space - relocated vacuum canister

Cruise control servo

Removed cruise control servo,

LPG reducer removed

Removed LPG reducer and coolant hoses connected directly.

Blowby fix

Oil in air filter, decided to fix using small filter









after changing hose connection tube at intake manifold, no oil blowing to air filter - it drawing air back, good suction.

Rear bushings and leaf spring

Replaced rear leaf spring bushings and replaced 2nd leaf. Old one was too stiff and a bit short. New one is more smooth and bit longer. Cut just below the eyes of main leaf.





Decided to add 3rd leaf for increasing load carrying capability
