center bore is 84mm, will order hub ring
Before removing old throttle body, tested voltages on connectors and ground impedance.
Throttle Position Sensor (TPS)
1) Turn ignition on. Check TPS output voltage at sensor wiring harness center terminal. At idle, output voltage should be greater than .2 volt.
2) Gradually open throttle plate. Output voltage should gradually increase as throttle plate is opened. At wide open throttle, output voltage must be less than 4.8 volts.
Ground impedance was less than 0.2 Ohm,
input voltage 5.05V
@idle 0.829V
@WOT 2.9V
Disconnected battery negative, IAC and TPS connectors. Dismount old TB, IAC sensor. As read on forum, IAC body needs little (~1mm) shaving from one end to fit perfectly on new throttle body.
Throughly cleaned mating parts and installed IAC body on T, TB on intake manifold. Vacuum plug remained there as is. Mine is 91 and MAP sensor is on firewall.
Mopar TPS is also need some touch, because sensor is not fully seated on throttle body.
Used 2 gaskets (IAC & TB) and supplied 4 bolts, old bolts are not fir there is no room for washer.
Checked voltage again, now:
input voltage 5.05V
@idle 0.817V
@WOT 3.865V
Resetted PCM and engine started.There are no hesitation, no idle hunting etc.
Due to leaky butterfly shaft and cheap TPS, decided to order 62mm throttle body and Mopar TPS. They are arrived.

ordered from amazon,
Arrived with bolts, gaskets
Replaced distributor with late model one, it will be much easier to replace pickup ring in case of fault.
at tdc, adjustment hole bit offside, rotor seems bit later from #1 spark plug
will order spare camshaft position sensor and keep it near.
Plate - Mopar (56027023AB)
Genuine OEM Mopar Plate - 56027023AB
Had an issue with camshaft sensor lately and replaced with old but running sensor. Replacement needs shaft removal etc, little time consuming. Did little research and found following from comancheclub.com
it looks like you have an early 91-93 HO distributor - it's a poor design. ...A better solution is to junk the distributor and stick in a 94 and up distributor - it's PnP. Then if your sync sensor (pulse ring) goes out again, you can change it from the top w/o yanking the dizzy out.
and decided to order it.
CARDONE 844694 (84-4694) Distributor
ordered also belt and AT filter as a spare.
