fan shroud contacting with upper hose, needs cutting,



cut.



found vacuum hose of MAP was leaky, it was rubbed by CCV hose and got tiny hole

ZJ fan clutch

Replaced fan clutch with heavy duty one borrowed from 1997 ZJ,

left - ZJ's; right - stock


clearance between radiator and clutch ~8mm



fan shroud needs cutting, otherwise not fit between radiator and clutch.

Battery cable upgrade

Installed heavy duty battery cable.
- battery to block
- battery to front
- block to firewall
+ battery to starter
+ battery to PDC











rear nut on block, was really hard to reach


front was painted, scratched the paint for better contact
