idler bearing

two days ago got a noise from serpentine belt idler. It is bearing and considered replace. Bought a 6203 bearing, cleaned idler and press down bearing.

Sensor replacement

Replaced coolant temp sensor on thermostat housing and TPS.

Steering stabilizer

installed Rusty's steering stabilizer.

replaced power steering pump and steering gearbox adjusted. center bolt turned 1/4 clockwise

 feeling much responsive steering

D-rings

u-joint and rear driveshaft

u-joints replaced with new Precision u-joints, painted driveshaft

nice and shiny

light bar

fabbed a light bar for 6 lights

Brake piston

replaced brake piston, seal and pad

old pistons cracked and sometimes stuck when applied brake.

seals were hardened and expanded, started developing cracks
