Leaf spring and shackle relocation

Worked on little  sagged rear leaf spring, replaced main leaf with newer one and added 3rd leaf.

 Shackle relocation bracket also modified, now she sits level.

 Shackle angle maybe higher, will test later moving to 2nd hole. 

Ride became much softer :-)

Checked front diff, ring & pinion gears.

Replaced shock,

front - compressed 41cm & extended 62cm
rear - - compressed 42cm & extended 63cm

 made a BPE from angle iron for front lower mount

added a poly bushing on top of front upper mount

roof rack

bought some iron, for fabbing a roof rack, seat support etc.

 decided to build a roof rack, 165 cm by 120cm, height 9cm.

replaced triangular shaped rail with old style flat one and rack bolted to rectangular nut inside rail.

Seat from Subaru STI

fitted a reclining seat from Subaru STi

They are wider and sit a bit higher than stock seat. Shaved all mounting holes and made a support from angle iron, inner front end touches on transmission tunnel
