Window regulator

Had a sudden drop of driver side rear window. Window go up normal, but drops on bump. Temporary used wood stick and was disconnected switch.

decided to disassemble, there was no bolt, nut, screw. All dead mounted with rivet

studs punched back, drilled them all, start with 5mm, then 7mm.

total 7 hole made to free up regulator

got it

here 3 more rivet, to disassemble motor & guide assembly

the gap seems little wide,

made a gap little smaller and added short bit of wire to align guide to gear

bolted back, 10mm bolt/nut. 1 short, 2 normal

checked operation, was little lazy, but good enough. put regulator inside door and mount window glass. Then mounted back regulator to door with 10mm bolt/nut @7 position
