Sometimes front windshield washer motor is not working and wiggling the wires helps. Checked all wires carefully, they are all normal. Suspecting module itself and decided to open and check. Drilled out 4 rivets and opened it.
Yeah, reason was there, solder of leftmost contact is cracked, the pin can move freely up and down.
re-soldered all contacts and good to go.
This GM one is similar, plus it has a heatsink. Friend suggested it.
