62mm Throttle body and Mopar TPS replacement

Before removing old throttle body, tested voltages on connectors and ground impedance.

Throttle Position Sensor (TPS)
1) Turn ignition on. Check TPS output voltage at sensor wiring harness center terminal. At idle, output voltage should be greater than .2 volt.
2) Gradually open throttle plate. Output voltage should gradually increase as throttle plate is opened. At wide open throttle, output voltage must be less than 4.8 volts.

Ground impedance was less than 0.2 Ohm,

input voltage 5.05V
@idle 0.829V
@WOT 2.9V

Disconnected battery negative, IAC and TPS connectors. Dismount old TB, IAC sensor. As read on forum, IAC body needs little (~1mm) shaving from one end to fit perfectly on new throttle body.

Throughly cleaned mating parts and installed IAC body on T, TB on intake manifold. Vacuum plug remained there as is. Mine is 91 and MAP sensor is on firewall.

Mopar TPS is also need some touch, because sensor is not fully seated on throttle body.

Used 2 gaskets (IAC & TB) and supplied 4 bolts, old bolts are not fir there is no room for washer.

Checked voltage again, now:

input voltage 5.05V
@idle 0.817V
@WOT 3.865V

Resetted PCM and engine started.There are no hesitation, no idle hunting etc.
