time to new lower radiator hose
lost coolant on the road
12 years old lower coolant hose reached to the end of the life
cut the damaged area and assembled back shortened hose temporarily. Hope it will work till replacement arrives.
It seems, wire reinforcement (?) broken over time and finally rubber is not keeping coolant.
